Anse Cochon North & South
Anse Cochon North & South Reef offer two sites for scuba divers, located between these islands. They are both accessible from the shore and can be reached at depths of approximately 10 to 40 feet. These are excellent dive spots for both beginners and advanced divers. While the northern side of the reef is home to more coral, reef fish are plentiful at either end. You can expect to see octopus as well, sea whips, trumpetfish, and sea whips.
Anse Cochon's south end is home to the Lesleen M, an abandoned cargo ship. The Fisheries Department of Saint Lucia used it as an artificial reef in 1986. The seagrass beds surrounding the sink vessel attract many fish species. Barracudas and stingrays may be seen on the wreck, as it was deliberately sunk to be a dive site.
