A regulator is used to control the breathing gas pressure for divers. Although this is often the case, regulators can also control pressures of other gases used in diving. An alternative second stage is also possible with a dive regulator. The regulator's cylinder is attached to the tank. It will allow the diver to maintain his underwater comfort by allowing him to breathe through it.
Scuba regulators
Scuba regulators form an integral part to a scuba divers system. They regulate how much air is delivered to the diver to allow them to breathe easily and comfortably. They can also control the airflow under water. A purge button allows the diver, in an emergency, to drain the regulator and release air.

Alternate second stage
A diver's regulator has two distinct parts: the primary stage and the alternate second stage. The primary stage provides oxygen to the diver. While the secondary stage is responsible to replenish the air, it is also responsible for air supply. Alternate stages can be cheaper or less efficient. The secondary stage can still perform the same functions as the primary one, but it is not as efficient.
Balanced regulator
The balanced dive regulator is an efficient and versatile scuba diving regulator. It delivers oxygen to the diver quickly and efficiently. Its progressive design and quality materials make it an excellent choice for any dive environment.
DIN valves
When it comes to choosing a dive regulator, one of the most important features to consider is the valve type. Typically, you will find two different types: Yoke valves and DIN valves. A Yoke valve has an O-ring that fits into a threaded connection on the tank's valve. A DIN valve, on the other hand, has an o-ring that fits into a threaded connection on the regulator's first stage.
Swivel joint hose adaptor
Divers will find a wide variety of accessories for their regulators, such as the swivel joints hose adaptor. This allows you to route regulator hoses in a natural manner and reduces jaw tension. It also allows you to share air with your buddy. These accessories are easy to use and must be rinsed after every dive.

Protective regulators
There are many options available if you're in search of an environmentally sealed regulator. These regulators are excellent for cold water divers due to a number of advantages. Among them is their corrosion-resistant design, which can be achieved by using zirconium over brass. Many of these products come with an environmentally sealed seal from the factory and a large push button to purge. Some models come with a lifetime limited warranty.
