Course content

Pre-requisites

People who wish to refresh their skills can take the EFR Refresher Course. This course includes two parts: a Skill Building session and an Exam. Although the EFR Instructor Manual recommends that the refresher course be taken as an optional component of the full EFR course. The refresher course provides the opportunity to learn about the latest developments and techniques in CPR/first-aid. Additionally, you will learn how to use an AED. You will also learn how to teach others how to use the AED in an emergency.
This is a great course to get your skills up to par and help you meet the requirements for PADI Rescue Diver. It also fulfills the requirement for Professional Rescue Diver courses and other courses that involve CPR training. Cost
The Emergency First Response course is a half-day course that teaches the skills necessary in emergency situations. It includes classroom lessons and video presentations.
